Shipping & Returns
Production time
Every Symphony is printed on demand in the Netherlands. We do not stock finished printed panels — each piece is made specifically for the order it belongs to.
Standard production time: 5–9 working days from order confirmation.
We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, with a track-and-trace link.
Shipping destinations and times
Netherlands: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Belgium and Germany: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Rest of EU: 3–5 working days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Switzerland: 4–6 working days after dispatch
For destinations outside the above, please contact us before ordering. We ship internationally and can usually arrange delivery within 5–10 working days.

Netherlands: €6,95 on all orders.
Belgium and Germany: €12,95
Rest of EU: €14,95 – €19,95 depending on destination
United Kingdom: €19,95
Switzerland: €22,95
Prices are inclusive of packaging. We use robust, purpose-designed flat packaging — every order ships in a box that protects the tiles against impact and moisture.
Returns policy
Because every Symphony is custom-printed for your specific order, we cannot accept returns on printed panels for reasons of preference or change of mind.
We stand behind the quality of what we make. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if the printed panels do not match the approved digital proof, we will reprint and reship at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order number.
For custom orders, we provide a digital proof before production. Once you have approved the proof, we cannot accept returns based on colour or composition.
If you are uncertain about colours or the feel of the material before ordering, we recommend ordering a sample tile first.
Damaged or missing items
If any tiles in your order are damaged or missing, contact us at info@symphonywallart.com with your order number and photographs.
